Yolanda Paredes has been a resident of Plainfield all of her life. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice from Kean University. For over twenty-five years, she has acquired skills of communication and leadership from her participation in personal development programs such as Landmark Worldwide, John Maxwell Team, and DreamBuilders. Her family, as far as she is concerned, is the most treasured blessing God has granted her, and is proud to be a wife and a mother of four. For over a decade, Yolanda has had the privilege of working with many young students in different arenas, such as local and neighboring schools, bible groups, mentoring programs (to name a few) and as a result, has inevitably developed a genuine love for the new generation. She is determined to make Eastside Dance Project a home to all its students, instilling in them courage, purpose, integrity and determination. She believes that true success comes when you make a difference in others first!
